Complex system of Uttar pradesh police

It's very tough to understand the whole system of Uttar Pradesh Police because everyday a new thing reveals about UP Police.There is an urgent need to solve the root problem which is affecting the work efficiency of UP Police.For this Senior Police officers need to develop a good communication with our policemen because no system can run without cooperation.

Need to understand the basic problems of policemen

I m very sad for Uttar Pradesh Police.As u know my work is going on Uttar Pradesh Police but the activities in which our policemen are involved stops me to say anything.Our policemen are becoming drinkers,after every 15 or 20 days u will read in the newspaper that a drunk policeman misbehaved with people.I m very concerned about this,this is really shameful for our police,but we can't only blame them ,there are some conditions due to which they get used to used to drink but after that a question arises that there are many policemen who are working in the same condition so why not everyone get used to drink and makes an issue?

Now the Uttar Pradesh Government has to take appropriate measures to solve the problems of policemen in Uttar Pradesh and a committee should be appointed of Ex IPS officers who want to solve their problems.
