The concept of morning policing is not as simple as it looks.Before achieving the real motive,this concept requires a lot of mental exercise.Simply by giving instructions,SSP/SP or DIG cannot find the core solution of the issue.Lack of resources,irrational duty hours,lack of accountability,severe lack of funds are some of the ingredients which together constitute a recipe of insecurity and incapacity.Making promises or being strict without filling the gaps existing on the grounds doesn’t provide a faithful assurance to the citizens.
