A Small intiative to develop a faith on our policemen

I m writing a book on Uttar Pradesh Police.I m raising the issue of bad policing,poor conditions in which our policemen are working,providing them modern arms and ammunitons and the most importantantly to boost up their morale and to motivate them towards their work.
