The incident which i will never forget till my death.

Yesterday,a policeman said to me "Sorry Bhaiya" and at that point of time he has not done that kind of mistake for which i can say him guilty but i was glad to hear a word "Sorry" from him.So,i urge you to not blame the whole police department due to the behaviour for some policeman.Try to interact with them because they are also human beings and in every profession u will find every type of person like ill mannered, cruel etc.

Policemen have various problems but i agree that some policemen are involved in taking bribe and getting promotion but i only want to say that,"Imagine a town without police force."

There is a need of effective management in Uttar Pradesh Police.

Uttar Pradesh Police is not a weak police force and it is also not true that Uttar Pradesh Police do nothing to stop crime.Police is conducting raids to nab wanted criminals but problem is of management.The system is very old and due to this police is not getting that kind of success which it wants.Red tapism is a major problem in police which slows down the work.Actually,Uttar Pradesh Police have a limited number of resources because government is not sensitive as it should be towards our policemen,so there is a need to make a best use of these resources and this is what we called management but for this initiative should be taken by Senior Police Officers because nobody in government pays attention towards the matter raised by a constable.It is also true that Senior Police Officers are also going through the same problem but at least they have a chance to share their concerns with the top officials of the administration.There are so many limitations for policemen but to make a police force better and efficient and sensitive towards their duty,there is a urgent need of management in Uttar Pradesh Police and Former DGP Vikram Singh has also raised the same point.Only due to him ,today Uttar Pradesh Civil Aviation Department has 6 helicopters,among them helicopters are used to do patrolling in naxal areas.

Crime Graph is rising continously in Uttar Pradesh.

When BSP government came to power in May 2007 ,then a ray of hope was seen among people of Uttar Pradesh about controlling rising crime in UP because Ms. Mayawati became Chief Minister who always act tough against crime and her top priority was to to get state rid of criminals.In first two years of BSP regime,crime was controlled in an effective manner.Law and Order Review meeting by Chief Minister herself,warning given to officers and action taken against lazy officers were some of the initiatives taken by govt. but after that two years slowly slowly govt.became lazy on the law and order front and today situation is worse than earlier.Repalcement of SSP rank officers with DIG rank officers in 8 mahanagars and remaoval of Zonal IG post made the situation worsen.Today,situation in UP is getting worse day by day and a common man is totally feeling unsafe under the regime of present govt.Patrolling is getting lessen day by day,insensitivity of IPS officers,laziness shown by govt. etc are some of the examples of poor Law and Order situation in Uttar Pradesh.

Need to overhaul the whole system.

The working system of Uttar Pradesh Police is very complex..If anyone wants to understand the whole system of Uttar Pradesh Police as a layman,then he/she needs at least three years of complete dedication because we often see a shocking incidents in Uttar Pradesh Police.Actually,the whole structure of UP Police is very complex.There is a lack of police personnel,the environment in which UP Police personnels are working is turbulent,lack of modernisation of arms and police vehicles,lack of dedication towards work due to lengthy procedure,low morale,unsuitable environment and so on.When i see the condition of police personnel,then it really hurts me.When i see their dirty uniform,tension reflecting on their face.pressure of seniors the  it forced me to think that if this kind of condition a policeman have then how would one motivate to join the police force Turly speaking it looks like they are not the part of our society due to the behaviour of a common man towards them.

                                                                      This is a serious problem which is affecting the efficiency and morale of police personnels in Uttar Pradesh.I urge our Honourable Chief Minister to look upon this problem because police force is our real strength and they need the support of everyone to give their best and especially the state government.

Commendable work by Uttar Pradesh Police

Uttar Pradesh Police has done a commendable work by maintaining peace and calm in state after the verdict on Ayodhya issue.Police has really work hard for last tow months for maintaining the peaceful environment in UP.Police have constitued committees to review the law and order situation in colonies of various cities of state.I think in the history of Uttar Pradesh Police,this type of work has not been done ever.Accountability of every policeman is fixed and every policeman has done his work seriously.

                                                                       I MUST APPRECIATE THE WHOLE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF UTTAR PRADESH.

Serious move by Uttar Pradesh Police

These days Uttar Pradesh Police is showing serious move to make security arrangements tighter and effective ahead of the decision on Ayodhya Verdict.DGP and Senior Officers of Uttar pradesh police are travelling across the state to review the security arrangements.We can see tension on their faces but i m very sad to say that if this tension reflects on their faces in normal days then crime rate in Uttar Pradesh will surely come down.Chief Minister won't accept slackness by Uttar Pradesh Police in dealing with this issue.ACMs have given responsibility to identify the suspected persons in their areas who could harm the peace in state.Lucknow High Court bench is under tight security cover.To get people's participation the process of "Community Policing" is going across the whole state.

                                                                     I wish that one day Uttar Pradesh Police will show this kind of seriousness in dealing with crime,so that a normal man would be able to develop faith on Uttar Pradesh Police.

Severe Lack of Discipline in Uttar Pradesh Police.

When three traffic constables could drag an ASP(Traffic) who is a woman PPS Officer,then how can one believe on our policemen?This should be criticized in all the sections of society whether that is police force or human rights group.Actually this is an alarm bell for future.Policemen who are known to be best disciplined and have duty to keep cordial relations with every people in state,if that policemen do something like this then government should be concerned about this and should take an immediate action.A "Disciplinary Committee" should be made on this who analyse the nature of discipline existing in Uttar Pradesh Police and give effective suggestions to improve their ethics,values and discipline for which people show faith on them.but today people of Uttar Pradesh are not able to keep faith on them and it hurts me because i want to see Uttar Pradesh Police as a best police force in India who set an example in the country.

I urge everybody to participate in our book

Everyday people put a question mark on police activities.Transparency in lodging FIRs,whether patrolling is done with honesty or not,whether policemen are doing their duty or they are indulged in unlawful activites,when will policemen stop doing misbehaviour with women and so on.These questions make me worried.

Actually there is a need for a complete change in Uttar pradesh Police,I know some policemen are doing very well,their integrity is on a high level,their morale never goes down and they set a example for other policemen but it's very important for the government to understand the problems of policemen and policemen should also follow the Police Rules and Manuals and civil society too support them.This is a joint endeavour to improve the image of our policemen and make our police force best in the country.

Frequent reports of misbehaviour by policemen are published in every newspaper of Uttar pradesh

Frequent reports are being published in newspapers regarding misbehaviour,incapability,lack of honesty and weak performance by policemen in controling crime.Chief Minister is frequently showing concerns and giving directions to policemen to improve their image among people but policemen are not concerned for improving their image.It hurts me,i m not able to understand why the accountability is not fixed for every policeman and an officer.

Law and Order Review meetings are held on time to time basis and everytime same directions are given to SSPs,DIGs,IGs but the problem is as same as earlier.There is a need for every policeman to show concern about their misbehaviour,bad image,ineffectiveness to control crime,lack of integrity in their duty.

Desire of MEDALS at the cost of fake encounters

A person works hard to join Indian Police Service.Before joining police force his aim is to fight with criminals and zero tolerance for crime.Then he joins police force and becomes an IPS Officer,DSP,Inspector etc.Then he comes in a system of  nexus between politics and police.When any crime is commited and he fails to catch the real culprit then to get "PROMOTION" and "MEDAL" he killed a person living on road side or any petty criminal and show his courage and bravery.After that when he gets retired then he speak that police generally pick up a road side vendor or a petty criminal and killed him in a fake encounter.

Why he has not acepted him to be a part of this artificial show of bravery when he was in service?

Shall any retired policeman or a police officer is ready to accept this truth that when he has commited a fake encounter then why he didn't accept his mistake at that time?
